. Daughters of the King is an international prayer and service organization of the Anglican community.
. Trinity Volunteer Corps (TVC) is a small, diverse group of volunteers, from various places in the U.S., have been blessed with an opportunity to live in a Christian residence provided by Trinity and work in nonprofit organizations in the DC metropolitan area. The volunteers receive supportive and enriching experiences that will enable them to share their gifts of time and talent with the community. . Lay Readers read the lessons and the Prayers of the People during Sunday services and may preside over prayer liturgies during the year.
. Acolytes are both youth and adults that serve as crucifers, torchbearers, and altar servers at the 10:30 a.m. worship service and on other occasions throughout the year.
. Bible Study groups meet each Wednesday at 1:00 p.m and 7:00 p.m throughout the year for 1 to 2 hours. The mission of this study group is to equip and familarize participants with the Books of the Bible, and to acquaint them with God's promises and God's will for our lives.
. Confirmation Classes are offered several times a year for children and adults who wish to confirm or reaffirm their Baptismal vows. Please contact the office for information.
. Christian Formation Committee is responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating the annual Parish-wide Christian education program. Constituent groups are: Bible Study, Lay Catechists, Sunday School, Trinity Teen Group, and Youth Church .
. Choir - composed of paid and volunteer vocalists who provide music at the 10:30 a.m. Sunday worship service and at other occasions. |
